What You’ll Be Doing as Head of Marketing:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Brand Positioning: Strengthen webkeyz’s brand presence and positioning in the market.
  • Lead Generation: Drive inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Content & Digital Marketing: Oversee content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising efforts.
  • Partnerships & PR: Build strategic partnerships and manage PR efforts to enhance visibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.

What We’re Looking For in a Head of Marketing:

  • Experience: 7+ years in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as a Head of Marketing.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to craft and execute long-term marketing strategies.
  • Tech Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UX/UI, software development, or digital product industries is a plus.
  • Performance-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
