Software Project Manager - webkeyz

We’re looking for a results-driven Software Project Manager to join our team! This role is all about making things happen—managing and delivering successful projects, leading high-performing squads, and ensuring a smooth, client-centered experience from start to finish.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Leading Projects from Start to Finish: Own the successful delivery of projects—on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations and company standards.

Managing Your Squad: Coordinate with team leads to assign the right people to the right tasks. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.

Client Partnership: Act as the main point of contact for your clients, communicating progress, managing expectations, and handling scope and feedback professionally and proactively.

Handling Scope & Change: Ensure any changes in scope, timeline, or budget are justified, documented, and agreed upon by stakeholders.

Ensuring Delivery Excellence: Monitor project performance, identify and resolve issues early, and guarantee high-quality outcomes.

Driving Process Discipline: Apply and enhance internal processes to maintain control, visibility, and consistency across projects.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, timelines, and budgets using tools like ClickUp, Jira, Harvest, or MS Project. Report key insights to management when needed.

Project Closure & Handoff: Ensure successful project completion, stakeholder sign-off, and lessons learned, with a focus on client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have:

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the Software Development field, UX, or product-focused environments.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex digital projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing contexts.

A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.

Fluent in English with a structured, results-oriented mindset.
