Are you a creative genius with a talent for turning ideas into visually stunning designs? At webkeyz, we’re searching for a Senior UI Designer to join our team and take our user interfaces to the next level!
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces across client websites and mobile apps.
- Develop and maintain detailed design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level UI designers, providing training and support as necessary.
- Demo and defend design concepts, receive client feedback and apply it to subsequent iterations.
- Conduct and report back on UI design reviews for all clients.
- Conduct design reviews with junior and mid-level UI designers.
- Work with the UX team to ensure all client sites and apps deliver the best experience possible.
- Collaborate with UX and development teams to assess the impact of all UI design and usability changes.
Requirements
- +4 years of experience as a UI Designer.
- An artist with an eye for detail and a taste for colors.
- A killer portfolio featuring well-known brands (please send us a link to it).
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining detailed UI design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Able to coach and support a team of junior and mid-level designers.
- Experience with design systems and maintaining consistency across multiple platforms.
- Skills in graphics design, responsive design, UI web and mobile designs, corporate identities and branding, and illustration.
- Up-to-date with the latest design pattern trends.
- Experience with the following tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
