Scrum Master
We’re looking for an energetic Project Manager scrum Master with excellent multi-tasking skills and a can-do attitude to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project hours and ensure timely delivery within the established timelines.
- Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure that the project is aligned with the defined scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to clearly understand project goals, priorities, and requirements.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Ensure that the team follows Agile best practices and principles.
- Track and report key performance metrics to measure and improve team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
