Senior UI Designer

Are you a creative genius with a talent for turning ideas into visually stunning designs? At webkeyz, we’re searching for a Senior UI Designer to join our team and take our user interfaces to the next level!

What you’ll do :

• Own the visual direction of digital products from concept to final pixel.
• Create clean, modern, and scalable UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate UX wireframes and flows into beautiful, intuitive user interfaces.
• Build and maintain design systems that support usability and consistency.
• Work with the UX team to ensure all client sites and apps deliver the best experience possible.
• Collaborate with UX and development teams to assess the impact of all UI design and usability changes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level UI designers, providing training and support as necessary.
• Demo and defend design concepts, receive client feedback and apply it to subsequent iterations.
• Present your work internally and directly to clients — from startups to global brands.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and testing results.
• Stay on top of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

What we’re looking for :

• 4+ years of experience in UI or Visual Design with a strong, polished portfolio.
• Exceptional skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility, UX principles, and user-centric thinking.
• Experience with design systems and maintaining consistency across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to coach and support a team of junior and mid-level designers.
• Up-to-date with the latest design pattern trends.
• Experience with the following tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Detail-oriented with a pixel-perfect mindset.
• A team player who loves giving and receiving feedback.
