Senior UI Designer

At webkeyz, we’re looking for a Senior UI Designer who can harness modern tools, automation, and creativity to elevate our digital products and craft world-class experiences for global clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UI or Visual Design with an exceptional, polished portfolio (previous agency experience is preferable).

• Fluent English communication and presentation skills, confident in presenting to global clients.

• Expert knowledge of UI patterns, graphic design principles, responsive design, and system design standards to create cohesive and adaptable interfaces across devices and screen sizes.

• Proven ability to design and implement micro-interactions and animations that enhance both visual experience and usability.

• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple products.

• Advanced Figma expertise, including mastery of responsive auto layout, scalable components, variants, interactive prototyping, and adaptive UI systems that ensure consistency across platforms and smooth developer handoff.

• Experience with AI-powered design workflows or no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer) — candidates with AI experience will be prioritized.

• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Branding experience, including creating and applying brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and cohesive design language across products.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

• Strong execution skills with the ability to create detailed wireframes and mockups in a fast-paced, iterative, agile environment.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end principles for seamless design handoff.

• Detail-oriented and pixel-perfect, with a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset.

What You’ll Do:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own the visual direction of digital products, from concept to pixel-perfect delivery.

• Design clean, modern, and scalable UI for web and mobile platforms.

• Translate UX wireframes and flows into visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.

• Integrate AI and automation tools into your workflow to accelerate and enhance creativity.

• Design and implement micro-interactions and animations that improve usability and engagement.

• Build and maintain design systems ensuring scalability, usability, and brand consistency.

• Collaborate with UX and development teams to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.

• Mentor junior and mid-level UI designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Present and defend design concepts to international clients, incorporating feedback with agility.

• Iterate designs quickly based on user feedback, usability tests, and data-driven insights.

• Stay on top of the latest design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies to keep our work future-ready.
