At webkeyz, we’re hiring a Senior Interaction Designer to shape beautiful, fast, and thoughtful interfaces—where motion, systems, and craft work together.

Please apply only if you meet the must-haves below and have a strong, relevant portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Design clean, modern, and scalable UI for web & mobile with strong hierarchy and rhythm.
• Define and own the interaction model and motion language of digital experiences—from concept to launch.
• Craft micro-interactions and transitions that make interfaces feel alive (timing, easing, states).
• Prototype rapidly in Figma (Variables, Interactive Components, advanced prototyping).
• Partner with UX & Engineering for accurate, dev-ready handoffs (motion blueprints, specs, token mappings).
• Present ideas to international clients and refine through feedback and data.
• Contribute to evolving design systems—patterns, tokens, variables, and motion specs.
• Build or collaborate on implementations (Webflow/React) with clean structure, components, and CMS.
• Use AI and automation to speed up exploration, iteration, and quality.

WHAT YOU BRING (MUST-HAVES)
• 5+ years in Product/UI/Interaction Design with a polished, standout portfolio (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Mastery of layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Advanced Figma expertise: variables, tokens, responsive Auto Layout, scalable components, interactive prototyping, and dev-ready specs.
• Strong sense of brand and ability to craft cohesive visual languages.
• Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalents).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end concepts—you think in components and states.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a systems-thinking mindset.

NICE-TO-HAVES (YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE)
• GSAP expertise for production-ready timelines and interaction architecture.
• Experience building in Webflow (semantic naming, CMS collections, components).
• AI-powered workflows or no-code tools in your process.
• Motion delivery with Lottie, Rive, or SVG animation.

PROTOTYPE SUBMISSION (REQUIRED)

Along with your portfolio, please send ONE of the following (public link—no login required):
• A Figma interactive prototype showing interactions/animations
• A working website that demonstrates motion/interaction

Note: Applications must include both a portfolio and a prototype link.

THE TECHNICAL TEST

As part of our process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a technical test.
This will be a mockup assignment (not a real client project) designed to fairly assess your skills in motion, interaction, and systems thinking. It’s not about free work—it’s about giving every candidate an equal chance to show what they can do in a realistic but controlled setting.
