Senior UX Designer

webkeyz is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead user experience efforts across a range of projects and industries. You’ll be responsible for owning the full UX process, from discovery and research to design and delivery, and presenting your work to clients that include both fast-moving startups and global enterprises.
You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and researchers, and play a key role in shaping product direction and design outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX efforts across projects, ensuring high-quality delivery from discovery through to final design
- Own the full UX process, including research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping
- Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with visual designers, developers, researchers, and project managers
- Present and demo your work directly to clients
- Produce wireframes, high-fidelity designs, user flows, and supporting documentation
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and guidance
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of UX design experience with a strong, thoughtful portfolio
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience demoing and defending design work to stakeholders or clients
