Senior UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who thrives in collaborative environments, brings structure to complexity, and leads by example. If you’re the kind of person who thinks in systems, cares deeply about real user needs, and wants to design experiences that stand up to scrutiny and scale, we want to meet you.
What you’ll do:
- Lead UX efforts across projects from discovery to delivery
- Own the end-to-end UX process, from early research to polished handoff
- Present and demo your work directly to clients, from ambitious startups to global brands
- Collaborate with a diverse team of researchers, visual designers, engineers, and PMs
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Craft clear information architecture, user flows, and interaction models
- Design and iterate on wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes
- Document your process, decisions, and rationale clearly
- Mentor and support other designers across the team
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in UX design, with a strong portfolio that highlights your thinking, not just the output
- Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and research-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience with Figma and modern design workflows
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and visual
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems proactively
- A collaborative spirit with a drive to uplift team culture
